OneScape is a collective of movement artists that changes the way dance groups and companies are traditionally run.  It rejects the ideas that dance companies should be run by solely one person, featuring one individual’s choreography, and sharing one perspective.  Instead, OneScape operates with a hive-mind mentality, featuring a diverse group of choreographers and dancers, with the intent to create a safe and accessible space for training, creation, and performance.  The responsibility of decision making, both in creative and logistical situations, will be shared by members of the collective.  Thus guiding us to make well-informed decisions and produce more meaningful and diverse work.
